Being a mother is definitely the hardest thing I've ever had to be, but it has also been the most rewarding! My own mom (who I didn't appreciate nearly enough until I had little ones of my own) came up earlier in the week, to help me stay more sane while Scott was out of town again. So us girl's got to play, shop, and eat out a lot...it was lovely! On mother's day my sweet husband let me sleep in and then woke me up with breakfast in bed. Starting a day like that nothing could bring me down, even the HUGE tantrum Syd through at the end of the night. :) So proud to be the momma of these two girls!
I do have to add that these pictures were taken on the same day/at the same place, but I could not get both of them to pose with me at the same time. Reason #1 that professional family pictures might never happen!
Hope all the Mom's out there had a great day because they deserve it!
