Well we had another great Christmas even though it never really felt like Christmas (does that make sense?). Christmas Eve we headed over to my short mom, Grandma Gina's house and had a ton of yummy food as usual. Marli was way excited for Santa to come so we thought she would wake us up early, but nope. We got up and heard her just playing in her room so I snuck in and said Merry Christmas, then she just made a big gasping noise and smiled (I think she forgot or something!). The girls got way too much stuff of course, but Scott and I promised not to get each other anything this year, and I gotta tell you it was so nice just focusing on the kiddos. I think we will make this a tradition unless there is something we REALLY want.
It was pretty much a jammie/sweat pant day which was so nice compared to the usual running all around!

Do you like Marli's additions to the tree above? Notice the kitty mask and little red purse? She kept adding random things to it all month!
Zoe wanted her stocking so bad. It was making her crazy!
