Back by popular demand!
Not really... We've had some computer issues (like we really needed a new one) for a while now and I didn't download a single 2015 picture until very recently when we fixed our issue. So I will hopefully be back at it and keep this little part of our family memories going.
We had year full of brand new experiences, change (mostly just in my job), and a lot of time with family and friends! This was a all time record year for bravery in Marli. She rode totally scary roller coasters, learned to ride her bike without training wheels, learned how to swim (a little) and will even jump in from the edge of the pool. She even did a sparkler for the 1st time (wish I was joking on that one!).
So here it goes with TONS of pictures.
Might as well start off the year playing in the snow! From what I remember it was the best winter EVER (in my opinion) because this was the only snow storm we had and then it was gloriously warm the rest of the winter.
Even though it happened in 2014 I have to note our cute Syd turning 4. She celebrated with a super-hero party.
(I love her face soooo much!)
(Syd got shots at the Dr. and Marli is cuddling her).
(Superbowl Sunday and the girls were not impressed so they watched cartoons on by brothers phone)
(All about Marli day at school)
Definitely the most exciting thing that happened was that we surprised the girls with a trip to Disneyland! This 1st picture they think we are just going down South to visit my folks and get to do something fun the next day...you know like bowling. ;)
They were so surprised and excited when we told them what the real plan was.
We did Disney for 3 days and the beach one of the days. It is such a magical place. I wanted to cry happy tears the whole time we were there!
(Pretty much the most adorable thing I've seen in my life)!
Random Spring fun, and Easter.
(Thilly Thursday at school for Dr. Suess B-day)
Our sweet Marli turned 7 this last year!
She celebrated with a swimming party.
We got another smarty pants in the family! Syd was the first kid in her class to become alphabet Queen. Which basically means she could identify the whole alphabet and the sounds of the letters.
Both the girls had their Spring dance recitals and did so great!
Random Spring/Summer fun!
(Goodbye party to BOTH of my bosses. I've worked with Kylie, far right for 15 years so it's been a hard adjustment)
It wouldn't be Summer without our annual Bear Lake camping.
The girls got to stay down with my mom for a week over the Summer. Before I left them there we did some hiking.
While they were down there Scotty and I got to go to a fancy wine tasting weekend with friends.
Pretty sure it's going to become a new tradition...SO fun!
We got to go on a work trip with Scott to Colorado and on the way back stopped in the always lovely Moab for the day. The girls were such troopers and hiked all the way up to the delicate arch (with pretty minimal complaining). Then Marli cried when we had to leave it because it was so beautiful and she wanted to stay there forever. She's still our little sensitive child. ;)
Marli started 2nd grade this year. She was so excited but when we got there she had a little anxiety. She got over it pretty quick and has had a great year since.
Syd started Pre-K and loves it. She is currently learning beginning reading! Always proud of our smart girls!
Fall fun!
(Lupin and Tonks from Harry Potter)
(Sugar skull and Rainbow Dash pony)
Well, I think this is a good spot to end...Christmas post coming soon!

Thanks so much for the update. We love seeing how fast the girls are growing up ... and how much fun you share with them.
